This introduction to VR production will help you familiarize yourself with these new challenges by offering you the opportunity to create a collective Exquisite Corpse in the form of a 360\u00b0 video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Claudix Vanesix<br><\/strong>Claudix Vanesix is a performance artist whose XR experiments are diverse. Their projects address new issues created by the emergence of generative Artificial Intelligence, and the new languages made possible by the development of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR).<br>Incorporating these technological tools into works linked to ancestral traditions is one of Claudix Vanesix\u2019s creative challenges, constantly renewed in their immersive performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The workshop<br><\/strong>In this introductory workshop, participants will explore the fundamental principles of image composition in 360\u00b0 video, through innovative examples illustrating new possibilities for VR use.<br>Participants will work with a 360\u00b0 camera to film short video clips, which will be incorporated into a collective Exquisite Corpse, fostering creativity and cooperation.<br>Technological tools for editing VR videos will also be introduced to guide participants through post-production steps.<br>The workshop will conclude with a screening of the group\u2019s creations, using VR headsets to allow everyone to experience their creation in a 360\u00b0 environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Morning program<br><\/strong>9:15-9:45 AM: Theoretical introduction to XR and Virtual Reality.<br>9:45-10:15 AM: Principles of composition in immersive video.<br>10:15-11:45 AM: Capturing 360\u00b0 videos.<br>11:45 AM-12:30 PM: Export and editing of the 360\u00b0 videos.<br>12:30-1:00 PM: Viewing of the videos created during the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>PRACTICAL INFORMATIONS<\/strong> :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong><strong>Thursday, February 6th, 2025<\/strong><\/strong><br>\u23f0<strong>9 AM &#8211; 1 PM<\/strong><br><strong>\ud83d\udccd at Forum des images, Paris<\/strong><br><strong>\ud83d\udcac <strong>Workshop in English\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><br><strong>\ud83d\udcab <strong>Open to all <\/strong><\/strong>(subject to availability \u2013 maximum 12 participants)  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Free of charge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Registration by email at<\/strong>: <a href=\"mailto:newimages@forumdesimages.fr\"><strong>newimages@forumdesimages.fr<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attend the next NewImages Hub workshop led by Claudix Vanesix on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Forum des images in Paris.This workshop will focus on the Claudix Vanesix&#8216;s creative journey, their methods and artistic tools.
