A propos du project
The Dancing plague is an immersive and interactive experience based on the true story of Strasbourg dance plague. Entering a circular set up of screens, users will discover the story of Enneline and Melchior, following them through a 360 fresco. Interacting with an original ballet on screens, users’ silhouettes will be revealed, invited to move their body and become part of the dancing crowd. Confronting the embodiment of the dancers to the stiffness of the authority, The Dancing Plague draws a metaphor of a crowd deeply wounded by misery. While inspired by a historical but yet true story, the experience will offer a modern take on the expression of a collective anger, through dance and physical incarnation
