Quebec, a pioneering region in the digital creative industry, is honored through a dedicated focus made of more than twenty out of competition works to discover at the Forum des images. Additionally, an exceptional program of 360° immersive works projected in the structure of a dome especially assembled for the occasion in the Nelson Mandela gardens!

3. XR DEVELOPMENT MARKET AND 

XR ART FAIR 

XR DEVELOPMENT MARKET

A unique initiative in France, the XR Development Market, presenting more than 40 selected projects, connects artists and independent producers with the leaders of the European and international XR ecosystem and aims to highlight the best projects to key market players in order to contribute to their development.

XR ART FAIR

With more than a hundred selected projects, the XR Art Fair program is the first market entirely dedicated to the distribution of immersive and interactive artworks. Within this framework, creators will present their projects and/or their catalog to future partners from an international network of museums and cultural venues.

4. INDUSTRY DAYS

A highlight of the festival, the Industry Days are the annual meeting point for XR and creative industry players. On the program, from April 5 to 7: access the entire selection of works in and out of competition, keynotes and round tables by industry leaders, workshops, meetings, debates and feedbacks, and networking events (on site and online). Among the conferences planned:

- "VR Tools as Part of the Creative Design Process" - a conference in partnership with IAMAG, with Emilie Rinna (designer and concept artist), Wednesday 5th April

- "New Narratives Between France and Latin America" - a conference in partnership with Mediamorfosis, with Damian Kirzner (Mediamorfosis) and Bruno Patino (ARTE), Thursday 6th April 

- "A Tasting Menu of Interactive Storytelling" - a conference in partnership with RealTime Community, with Jean-Michel Blottière (RealTime Community), Rachid El Guerrab (Haiba LLC) and Jan Pinkava (Pinkava Productions LLC), Friday 7th April
