Within the framework of "Portrait of Los Angeles"

As the legendary cradle of skateboard, dive into the LA of asphalt rides and stand up your tricks to others' by taking part in a Tony Hawk Pro Skater tournament.

Duration: 1 hour.

To extend this return to the 1990's, the tournament will be followed by the screening of the movie 90’s directed by Jonah Hill (2018).

ISEA2023

From May 16 to 21 at the Forum des images in Paris

Take part in this major event for international digital creation, co-organized by Le Cube Garges and l’École des Arts Décoratifs, with: 

• 6 days of conferences
• 400 speakers
• 70 participating countries
• 50 cultural partner venues.

ISEA aims to strengthen the dialogue between artists, researchers, engineers, designers and entrepreneurs from the cultural and creative industries who participate in the advances of research and creation.

Passing on the taste for video games on a wide screen and multiplying its links with cinema is the mission of the Playful association, through the organization of game sessions in theaters. For this new showing, discover a selection of video games echoing with Point Break.

Duration: 1 hour. 

Followed by the screening of the movie Point Break directed by Kathryn Bigelow (1991).

THE MONROE EXPERIENCE

From May 27 to June 25 at the Forum des images in Paris
Within the framework of "Portrait of Los Angeles"

The Forum des images accompanies artists with immersive projects. This year, the Monroe Experience proposes a playful course through a graphic novel, an installation, a VR immersive artwork and a play with which you are invited to perceive Marilyn Monroe in a new light. As you go through the experience, you will get closer to the woman behind the icon.

THE FUTUR@CINEMA CHALLENGE

From June 5 to 6 at the Forum des images in Paris

The Futur@Cinema challenge is a supporting and acceleration course for innovative projects, from concept to prototype, from the idea to the experimentation. 

The goal of the Futur@Cinema challenge? Retrieving audiences in theaters!

Following the call for projects, the 2nd edition of the challenge gathers 56 professionals, whom will be invited to the Forum des images for the finalization step of their projects!
