Congrats to the five winners of the call for projects of the Villa Formose Immersive – Taiwan XR Writing Residency:
Nina Barbier for the projet “Sosowon, the Season of the Flying Fish”
Axel Clévenot for the project “Passage of Time”
Faye Formisano for the projet “In Her Rain”
Cécile Palusinski for the project “Floating Cities”
The Villa Formose aims at strengthening creative synergies between France and Taiwan in the area of digital creation and immersive realities while reinforcing its circuit of distribution in festivals and cultural institutions in France and Taiwan.
The winners will go to Kaohsiung during the fall of 2023 for 3 to 7 weeks and will dedicate themselves to the writing of an immersive experience with the help of Taiwanese artists and professionals.
In partnership with the CNC, TAICCA, Kaohsiung Film Archive, the French Office in Taipei and the Institut Français.
